The player with the lowest sum of 5 Intermediate and 5 Expert games is the winner. Each unfinished Expert game will be penalised 999.99 seconds.
The competition was organised by Damien Moore and took place on 20 June 2009 at the University of Stirling in computer lab 2A17. The tournament started at 1500 and players competed for 3 hours with a 10 minute break at the end of each hour.
The top 3 players were awarded trophies and everyone received certificates.
The version used was Clone2007. Scores were displayed live on the internet using a program written by Damien Moore.
Unlike some previous tournaments, there was no Nonosweeper session.
